Part One, consisting of chapters 1, 2 and 3 (pages 1 to 66), was drawn while in high school in 1981 and 1982. Part Two, consisting of chapters 4 and 5 (pages 67 to 112), was done during the summer and fall of 1982. This comic was never completed. I left off at page 114, and drew a few more random pages; however, there is a synopsis for Part Three (the final part), so, who knows, maybe one of these centuries I'll get around to finishing it.
The title comes from the Pink Floyd song, "Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun," from their 2nd album, A Saucerful of Secrets (1968).
